VICTOR SOLÉ

Fuelled by a passion for storytelling, Victor Solé is dedicated to creating innovative and impactful projects, blending his diverse experiences with an unwavering commitment to excellence in filmmaking.

A dynamic and innovative producer, Victor brings a unique fusion of creativity, strategy, and a global perspective to every project he undertakes. With a 15-year career as a professional actor in acclaimed productions for Hollywood and Netflix, Victor possesses an in-depth understanding of storytelling and the filmmaking process from both sides of the camera.

Armed with a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Psychology, Victor combines strategic problem-solving with an innate grasp of human behavior to craft impactful stories that resonate. His experience spans seven countries—including the USA, UK, and Brazil—giving him the cultural sensitivity and broad perspective essential to connecting with diverse audiences.

A former Spanish Track and Field Champion and a devoted tennis player, Victor carries the discipline, resilience, and drive cultivated through sports competition into his work as a producer. Passionate about storytelling, Victor is dedicated to creating innovative films that inspire and leave a lasting impression.

A Visionary Director of Photography

JORDI AZATEGUI

Jordi Azategui is a distinguished Academic of the Catalan Cinematographic Arts and Sciences Academy (ACC) and a member of the Catalan Editor’s Association (AMMAC) with over 20 years of experience as a creative director, photographer, and audiovisual producer.

 

Jordi received early musical education and graduated in Applied Arts from the Llotja School of Arts and Design in Barcelona, which laid the foundation for his extensive career in the arts, blending creativity, technical expertise, and a deep critical sense.
 

His journey into the world of film began under the guidance of renowned director Isabel Coixet, where he excelled as a Director of Photography and Film Editor.

 

His work on "Escuchando Al Juez Garzón" earned him a Goya Award for Best Documentary in 2011, and his contributions to "Ayer No Termina Nunca" secured him awards for Best Photography and Best Editing at the Málaga Film Festival. Most recently, Jordi was nominated for Best Editing Direction at the Ibero-American Cinema Platino Awards for Un Amor. 


He has collaborated with acclaimed actors and actresses such as Juliette Binoche, Gabriel Byrne, Pedro Casablanc, Carmen Machi, Javier Cámara, Candela Peña, Guillermo Pfening, Laia Costa or Hovik Keuchkerian, among many others bringing his unique vision to each project.

JO ANN ARPIN

A multifaceted professional with a background in acting, entrepreneurship, performance training, screenwriting and directing, Jo Ann Arpin brings a wealth of experience to the 10Afilms project.

 

Jo Ann holds a B.A. and post grad degrees in art and literature from Tulane University and the University of Wisconsin.   She has acted in live theatre since childhood, participating in summer stock and college plays. She was a member of The Civic Theatre Company of Puerto Rico during her post university years while  living in San Juan. She moved to Spain in 1980 and founded and managed during 25 years a successful communications company serving the needs of national and global companies, and conducted public speaking workshops in Spain, Portugal, Africa and South America.  In 2012 she returned to acting, playing the antagonist in Dancing Dogs, a horror film that premiered at the Sitges International  Fantastic Film Festival. The malevolent Elizabeta was Jo Ann ´s first screen acting role   and it sparked a new interest in audiovisual as a means to connect with audiences through impactful story telling. This led her to enroll in an intensive filmmaking training program to gain hands-on knowledge and experience in the industry.

 

Her directorial endeavors have succeeded with three short films, including screenings at esteemed festivals like the Puerto Rico International film festival which featured her "Cafe Milonga" and the Sitges Fantastic Film Festival where her  "Captain Donald and the little Mermaid" was selected in the 2013 phonetastic category.  With several scripts completed and in development she remains committed to bringing stories to screen that resonate positively with audiences and foment a sense of shared humanity.

 

Jo Ann ´s   narratives are character driven and explore the complexities of personal relationships, inner conflict and the duality of human nature rooted in the underlying battle between power and sentiment.

 

Jo Ann brings her enthusiasm, skills and experience to partnering with Victor Solé in the pursuit of excellence in filmmaking at 10Afilms.
